A Letter From The Owner.....
I first started cleaning windows in Birmingham, Michigan way back in 1999. Engaged, freshly relocated from up north, and with no other prospects, I decided to just keep doing what I knew. “I’ll just start a window cleaning business!” I said to myself. Yeah, like it was just that easy. At that time, I had no clue what it would take to run a business. I just knew I needed a job. So I jumped in.
Thankfully, I survived. It hasn’t always been smooth sailing, but after over 16 years in business I can happily say it’s worked out great. Over the years, Lake State Cleaning has turned into my personal “Customer Service Project”. It’s allowed me to explore and dial in on what customer service really is and how to consistently deliver it to each client. Meeting and exceeding our customer’s needs is something I still have a passion for, and it will always be something we obsess over at Lake State Cleaning.
I also love the people on my team. Balancing their happiness and fulfillment in work with our company’s commitment to excellence on each project is a challenge I love to work at. The family atmosphere that exists at Lake State Cleaning is one of the things I’m most proud of.
I’ve had the privilege of working with many awesome clients and on some amazing projects over the last decade and a half. I’m looking forward to the future as well.
